Dr. Susan Bertram has lived in Central Oregon since 1995. Her areas of special interest include homeopathy, nutritional health and healing, herbal medicine, vaccine alternatives, and behavior counseling. Dr. Bertram completed the Animal Natural Health Center's Professional Course in Veterinary Homeopathy, under the direction of Dr. Richard Pitcairn, a pioneer in the field for more than 25 years.

Drs. Bertram and Blauvelt enjoy a long and lasting friendship. Both received their undergraduate degrees at Humboldt State University in Arcata, California, and later earned their veterinary degrees at Oregon State University. Bertram and Blauvelt draw from over three decades of combined experience in general practice, as well as extensive training and education in holistic specialties.

Dr. Steven Blauvelt has lived in Central Oregon since 2000. His areas of special interest include acupuncture, Chinese and Western Herbal therapies, geriatric care, and support for cancer patients. He completed the International Veterinary Acupuncture Society course for veterinarians in March, 2003.
